Big Pine is a fantastic choice for a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy a peaceful mountain getaway. This home is very comfortably furnished with a well appointed kitchen, cozy wood burning fireplace and two sunny decks over a manicured backyard. The home backs onto forestry land, which you can view from the hot tub. The lower level of the home has a den witha queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player; a perfect place to keep the children entertained while the adults relax in the main living area upstairs. This room works REALLY well as a 4th BR should you need it. Located in the serene Talmont neighborhood, the house enjoys close proximity to superb hiking and cross country skiing in Page Meadows and is just a short drive to Tahoe City and North Lake Tahoe's premier ski resorts. 4WD strongly advised during the winter months.
