Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbeques, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free local phone service, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Ali’i Resorts. Sugar Beach #136 also offers complimentary high speed internet service.

On the Beach!

Its not just steps to the beach , it's on the beach! As I sip my morning coffee on the Lanai, I watch turtle heads pop up all over the reef. Next, I dive into the calm ocean and snorkel right in front of the condo. The turtles are swimming about, peacefully collecting their morning meal. My favorite part of the day!
Then I take a 6 mile walk on the white sandy beach, passing a few runners on the way, exploring the sea shells and other beach relics. I pause for a few Yoga moves. I feel like its MY beach, because its so serene and uncrowed. After a day of swimming and playing in the waves, I make my way to the BBQ area , where I watch a colorful sunset and maybe meet some other BBQers. Then enjoy my tasteful meal on the Lani! After dinner , a stroll on the beach , Listening to the waves lap the sand. I'm in Heaven!
