Separate utility area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a lovely large open air screened veranda with seating and table, overlooking the picnic area and grounds. It comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with full linen, all kitchen cookware and utensils. Cleaned before arrival. Amenities: Large 20 metre seasonally heated pool you can actually swim lengths in, very comfortable loungers, umbrellas, hot tub, tennis court, fitness/exercise studio. Landscaped picnic area with picnic tables, BBQ grills and beautifully crafted Gazebo for welcome shade. Activities: Close to all amenities, many golf courses and theme park attractions are all within easy driving distance. It takes under 90 minutes to reach the beautiful West coast beaches at St Pete's or Sarasota whilst the East coast, Cocoa Beach and Daytona is an hour's drive.
The ideal location for fishing, wildlife viewing, boating, water-skiing, windsurfing and lots more activities. Area:Orlando International(MCO) - 25 minutes drive; Sanford Airport - under 1 hour. Both airports are very easy to get to. Disney - 4 miles from Main Gate, Sea World/Discovery Cove - 25 minutes, Universal - 30 minutes, Premier Outlets - 20 minutes, Tampa/Busch Gardens - 1 hour, Kennedy Space Center - 1 hour. Many Golf courses within easy reach. The 192 is literally minutes away and has numerous supermarkets, including a brand new Wal-mart, shops, pharmacies, and wide selection of restaurants and eating places for every budget.
