The kids will love pulling the family in the cable-drawn raft across the largest natural spring in the U.P. at Palms Book State Park(Kitch-iti-ki-pi). If fishing is what you are looking for you will find it in the renowned waters of Big Bay De Noc known for its trophy Walleye. These waters are also well-known for Lake Trout, Pike and Small-Mouth Bass. Booking a charter boat is a great way to experience this fishery. Once you have had enough of the wild, there are several nice golf courses in the area and you can roll the dice in the evenings at the casino in Manistique.
