Leave the weight of the world behind you as you walk up the causeway across a series of salt marshes. Enjoy the ancient cedar trees, watch the ever changing tides and wildlife, and swim in the in-ground Gunite pool or ocean. Come share our paradise to sail, kayak, play, make music, write, paint, swim, or simply recuperate.
Area: Day trips to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Boston, Providence. Whale watching from nearby Plymouth; New Bedford has museums and a burgeoning artist community; there are yacht, golf and tennis clubs in town and a town beach; but when most of our visitors arrive, the last thing they want to do is leave again. There is so much peace and tranquility to absorb on the island.
