Welcome to one of the Lake of the Ozarks unique locations. Our brand new condo is located in the hills of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park with a beautiful view of the lake. A wonderful drive through the park is just the beginning to a quiet and relaxing stay. Park Place is located just outside of Osage Beach, and only a few miles from just about any activity you can imagine. This is a very quiet part of the lake and very calm water...but, just go 1 mile to the west and be ready to experience one of the most outrageous coves on any lake...'The Party Cove'! This is also a Great fishing area! This inviting 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides you with a spectacular view of the lake. Our condo has all new furnishings and features a deck complete with patio furniture and a gas grill. The pool is just outside our door and features four large cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs. High-Speed Wireless Internet now available!

Our Condo: The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and a spacious private bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combination. It also provides an entry to the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the sofa opens to a queen size sleeper. The living room has a sofa, matching love seat and an oversized recliner. The dining room table seats 4 and the breakfast bar seats 3. 12x32 boat slip available for an additional $15 per night. Great Getaway

My fiance' and I went to Tim's condo for a 3 night mini-vacation. It was well worth it. The area is so nice and peaceful, but only a 10 minute drive from everything there is to do at the lake. It is the best of both worlds. Looking out over the lake is so nice because there is nothing around, just water and trees. It is beautiful. On top of everything, the condo itself was in tip-top shape, very homey and comfortable. We will definitely be back very very soon, hopefully sooner than later. Thanks Tim for a great weekend.

My husband, 4 1/2 month old daughter, and my parents recently stayed for a long weekend at this condo. We couldn't have been happier! The condo was very clean and tidy. The furnishings were up-to-date. The owner was friendly and professional. The property has a great pool and clubhouse. It's located in the state park, so it has a wonderful view and a pretty drive to get you there. We are already trying to find the time to go back!

The condo is so nice, very comfy and homey. Nicely decorated and appointed. Everything you need is supplied. This unit is probably one of the best locations because it is so close to the pool and only a few steps above ground level on the parking lot side, but 3 stories up for the view! We really loved staying here. Close to many great activities on the dam end of the lake, but off the beaten path. I would be happy to stay here again. Can't wait until next years vacation picks are made at work...

Splendid vacation

This property and its owner were ideal. It was immaculate and had absolutely everything one would need for a splendid sojourn. The furnishings were comfortable, dishes and cooking utensils excellent. The view was wonderful and it was fun to have a high deck with the lake view.

All dealings with the owner were gracious, cordial and helpful.

I'd return anytime.
