Pictures here are of our Marlwood Estates home. The featured home in Marlwood Estates has a master bedroom with a king bed, guest room with a queen and another guest room with two twins. There is also an office off the Master bedroom with a futon and a private bath in the room. In addition, there is a separate Den. Additionally, I can transfer over my membership at the PGA resort during your long term stay for a small charge. If your stay is short, I can give you access to the courses as an unaccompanied guest.

With five tournament-caliber golf courses, all ranked by Zagat among 'America’s Top Golf Courses,' there is something for every level of player. PGA National has played host to many national and international events, including The Honda Classic, The Ryder Cup, the PGA Championship and the PGA Seniors’ Championship. Expert instruction is available at the Golf Digest Academy, where a staff of expert instructors will help you improve your play with teaching techniques geared toward your specific level of ability. If you do not want a golf membership, as a premier golf destination, you can play on any number of challenging public courses within a short drive. Within 10 minutes you can enjoy the pristine beaches of Jupiter or Singer Island. McArthur State Park is 5 miles away where you can pass the day exploring the natural preserves.

Great location and nice private pool

My wife Cheryl and I spent four days in October golfing, on the beach and enjoying the private pool. We played two of the courses and had a fun day on the beach at the state park. The Squire course holes 3 and 4 play directly behind the home and when we were not playing, it was fun to watch the approach to 3 and the tee off on 4!

The Mcarthur state park and beach was 6 miles away and we really enjoyed the walk over the bridge to the beach. Once on the beach, it seemed like we were on a private beach. The view to the north was great without any high rise condos or hotels in site!

After a long day on the beach or golfing, we looked forward to a nice swim in the pool and having a drink on the covered porch.

We would recommend this properity to our friend and family and would love to come back for a longer stay!
