Sound Villa 1455 is a five bedroom condo that overlooks the Calibogue Sound in Sea Pines.
Multiple living rooms offer views and private access outside and to the beach path. One of the living rooms is on the lower level, with direct access to the lawn; the other living room is part of an open layout, on the main level with access to a private deck. The lower patio has a small table and chairs, while the upper deck has a few chaise lounge chairs. An updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The open layout offers easy access to the dining area, which has seating for eight.
The lower level offers a room with two twin bunk beds, with a hallway bathroom that has a shower. The main floor has a bedroom that has two twin beds, with an adjacent hallway bathroom with a shower. The third level offers a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom, with shower-tub combo. At the highest level are the remaining two bedrooms, which are both king suites featuring private bathrooms, with shower tub-tub combos. All bedrooms have flat-screen televisions.
