This large 1,850 SF condo is brand new(April 2006) and one of the only Weekly Rental buildings in Clearwater Beach. It has a pool and hot tub on the property with short walk to white sands of Clearwater Beach, Pier 60, local restaurants, activities and shopping, High Speed Internet Access and Wall-Mounted 42' Plasma HD TV with Digital Cable and DVR/VCR/DVD Player. Plus TV and Cable in every room. Decorated very upscale, the condo boasts large panoramic water views through oversized sliding glass doors in Living Room and Master Bedroom. Extras include 30 Ft Balcony off of Living Room and Master Bedroom with Lounger and Outdoor Dining Table to seat 6. Master Bath has large garden tub with Large Walk-in Closet, his/her sinks and Walk-in Shower. Bar has 4 stools and DR seats 8 with additional high chair if needed. Bedrooms include King Pillow-Top in Master, Queen Pillow-Top in 2nd BR and 2 Pillow-Top Twins in 3rd Bedroom.

Perfection by the beach

I highly recommend this well maintained, spacious property across the street from Clearwater Beach. It was a pleasure to have coffee on the balcony every morning watching the dolphins in the harbour.

It was a short walk to the popular Pier 60 and the varied boat tours available, but extremely quiet and secure.

I am looking forward to returning this property on my next visit to sunny Florida.
