The Apartment is Privately Owned and Carefully Managed. This is a ground floor apartment with 3 large bedrooms all with ample storage facilities, Satellite Television receiving some news channels and a few film channels+ UK Radio due to recent satellite re-positioning ,but has built in DVD player . new washing machine ,fully equipped kitchen with full oven, microwave, fridge / freezer etc. Comfortable lounge / diner leading to private walled patio, patio set & lighting. 1 main bathroom and a new en-suite shower room. On site there is a large keyed entry swimming pool (never overcrowded) a restaurant and shop.

Close by there are two golf courses Los Olivios & Los Lagos and within 2 km there is horse Riding/go-carting/Aqua Park and many restaurants. The many miles of golden beaches are just 3 km away in Fuengirola. Details of Local markets, golf fees and car hire are available on booking.

Convenient location for golf, beach and tourism: We can now offer airport transfer for 8AM-8PM at a reasonable rate in a 7 seat, AIR-conditioned vehicle. Please contact early! The Pueblo is easily accessible by main roads from Malaga International Airport. We do recommend car hire for your convenience throughout your stay because there is so much to see, (recommendations by request!). Gibraltar is only 50 minutes away, Marbella 25 minutes, Rhonda 35 minutes. Many car hire companies will make a vehicle available at the airport for as little as £80 per week!

Please contact us if you wish via our website. Also Exchange days are now from any days but a preference to Saturday to Saturday as a charge may apply because of cleaning staff logistics . Guests are welcome from 3pm and must vacate by 10.30am, this is to allow our cleaning staff access. Slight variations may be possible by prior arrangement.

Great Holiday venue

We stayed at the comfortable apartment for 3 weeks in June/July at reasonable rates for the Costa del sol.We found the apartment quiet and relaxing but near enough to Fuengirola to have a great seaside experience.The communal pool was open and in great condition and surprisingly not very busy!We hired a car and visited many places on the coast.In all we had a great time

Nice holiday In Mijas Golf

Nice quiet spot. We aren't fans of the beach so this was perfect. The pool was clean and the fact it was never over crowded was a bonus.

Although quiet, It was close enough to the shops, Iceland, El Corte Ingles, Lidl were all about a 5 minutes drive. We had no problems visiting Marbella, Fuengirola, Mijas Pueblo but you should have use of a car while staying here.

The flat was big enough for 6 people with all the bedrooms a decent size. It was clean and more or less everything you need is there.
Do not forget towels though,as we did, or be prepared to nip down to one of the Chinese shops to buy them because they aren't supplied.
We ate in the flat everyday because the [atio area was such a nice place to relax and enjoy eating and drinking but if you prefer, there are plenty of restaurants close by..

Pleasant stay

Good value apartment. Perhaps the apartment has been unused for a few weeks when we arrived as it needed cleaning when we got there (sweeping, mopping, and dusting) but that problem aside the apartment was fairly spacious, and everything worked as it should. Pool access was fine, and it wasn't too crowded either. One point to note: you need a car if you are going to stay here, but generally speaking for the price it was not a bad apartment at all. .

We stayed for a week with our children 16 & 13 at this excellent spacious apartment which is well maintained by David who as a landlord was extremely helpfull throughout with all information and the booking everything was easy and smooth no trouble at all David is a credit to the holiday rentals network and we will definately book this venue again next year.
The apartment is clean and tidy situated on the ground floor of a lovely complex above a beautifull golf course which you drive through to get there ,there is lots to see and do in the fuengirola area for everyone a nice restaurant within a few minuites walk and a local shop which sells most things lovely community swimming pool which my children loved (could not get them out) we hired a car which I recomend and visited Fuengirola Benalmadena and nearby Los Boliches which has a lovely beach and all have great shops there is a massive local market just past Fuengirola train station held on tuesdays ,the train is great and will get you to all the venues along the coast from Fuengirola to Torremolimos to Malaga for no more than 6 euro water park close by and mercadona supermarkets offering fresh food daily at great value we would recomend this apartment to anyone wishing to see Fuengirola and the Costa Del Sol you will not be dissapointed thanks once again David.

2010 at Mijias Golf

Another good holiday, two weeks in 2010 this time. Everything about the apartment suits us and the area is quiet and crime-free so far as the locals would tell. The Pueblo private pool nearby (two minutes walk in flip-flops) is especially good, never too busy, large enough to swim, well supervised. The local golf courses look really well looked after if you play, but we don't unfortunately. We like the ducks, geese and egrets that live amogst the lakes though.
If you want to get about you do need a car since the taxis are getting quite expensive. Fuengirola has an excellent shopping centre and Euroski hypermarket about ten minutes drive away. Nearer, there are new Aldi and Lidl supermarkets - you can still self-cater quite cheaply in Spain if you want to. If eating out is your scene there are more restaurants in the area than you can shake a stick at!
The apartment will suit all ages and is quite spacious for six, with a walled patio area in which you can eat al fresco and dry your clothes if you wish.
Try it - you won't be disappointed,,,

excellent holiday

Mr David Benbow was an exceptional landlord, helpfull to all our needs,the photos do not justify the spacious appartment and terrace with sun most of the day, it was clean and well decorated as a spanish casa,
the pool was very close and a ten second walk and your there, the bar restaurant has fine food, the appartment facilities even had hair dryer and iron , i reccomend this holiday to anyone and shall book again, hire car is recommended, thanks again david.
