Lodging Features:

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom vacation home has recently been renovated, professionally decorated and has a wonderful screened-in porch and deck with a view of the Calibogue Sound. The house sleeps 8, is equipped with high speed internet and has a 32” flat screen TV in the living room. The gorgeous living area includes wood flooring throughout, cathedral ceilings and lots of sunshine. The fully-equipped kitchen offers upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a formal dining space ideal for family meals and all bedrooms have TVs and DVDs. There is a private pool for the complex and the beach path is adjacent to the wooded back yard and is less than 100 yards to the beach.

Dining, shopping, tennis and water sports are just across the street at South Beach Marina village, which is also the location of the popular Salty Dog Cafe. Great dolphin watching at the beach and nearby bike paths add to the amenities.

Sea Pines Features:

The largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Golf Links of the RBC Heritage PGA TOUR golf tournament fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibougue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.
