Two-story lakeside villa centrally located in the Windswept section of East Beach Village. Located at a beach access; 3 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to the Night Heron Park athletic fields, playground and nature center and the Sanctuary Hotel with 2 restaurants. Short bike ride to the Town Center market, East Beach Tennis Club, and the Turtle Point Golf Course with restaurant. The living room with 40' flat-panel HDTV, separate dining room, kitchen (completely renovated with new cabinetry, appliances and granite counter tops) and one bedroom (twin beds) with TV & full bath are located on the first floor. A wrap-around bi-level deck overlooks Night Heron Lagoon and is accessible from the living room, dining room and bedroom. Two additional bedrooms each with TV & full bath (master bedroom with queen bed and dressing area, the other bedroom with twin beds) are located on the second floor. All rooms in the villa overlook the lagoon. Covered parking is located beneath the villa.

We are just ending our second stay at this wonderful Windswept lakeside townhouse. We love it, and we have already booked for next year. We have been coming to Kiawah for about 25 years (for a week a two in the summer for most of those) and have stayed in six locations. This is our hands-down favorite. It is so close to the beach – 2 minutes – and, when we are indoors, the wildlife on the lagoon entertains us. Herons and egrets appear, and an alligator (and occasionally two) laze on the opposite shore. The décor is comfortably casual, as a beach place should be, and it is bright and sunny and always very clean when we arrive. The new kitchen is a plus, and Pete and Richard are gracious and responsive owners to deal with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Villa!

This was the first time we stayed at Windswept, and the villa was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and close to the beach. There was enough room for 6 adults and a baby. It was nice sitting outside on the deck and looking out over the lagoon and watching the alligator swim around. Would definitely come back an stay at this villa! We had a great week in Kiawah, like we usually do!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
