Our five bedroom townhouse was completely renovated from top to bottom. New kitchens, bathrooms, woodwork, doors, wall-to-wall carpeting, light fixtures, etc., etc. You need not to look any farther for a lovely vacation home, you've found it!! Gaze at the breathtaking views of Loon Mountain and surrounding landscape from our large picture windows and oversize deck. Kick back and enjoy, you'll never want to leave. Enjoy the freedom of Free High Speed DSL Wireless Internet Service. Enjoy entering our no smoking, no pets home that is professional cleaned with all the linens and beds have been made just for you. Sit back and gaze at the fire in one of our two fireplaces. Have fun cooking in the two fully-equipped kitchens. Try watching all 6 cable TVs at once or listen to one of our two stereo systems. The three-zone hot water baseboard oil heat will keep you toasty warm. Get the steaks out and cook them on our gas barbecue on the wrap around deck.

The Village of Loon is located on the Kancamagus Highway across the street from Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH and close to all the White Mountain attractions. Our townhouse is just down the street to Whales Tale, Clark's Trading Post, the Hobo Railroad, Franconia Notch, Lost river, The Flume and many more attractions. Our townhouse is at the start of the Kancamagus Highway with its breath taking views, winding mountain road and water falls. The drive to the other end of the Kancamagus Highway is about 3/4 hour drive another 20 minutes and you are in N. Conway where it is a shoppers paradise with all its factory outlets. The Pemigewasset River is directly across the street from our home and flows along RT3 and the East branch flows along RT112. The river has deep spots to swim in and shallow spots to splash in. A great place to have a picnic with the family. The mountain air is so clear you see shooting stars and satellites pass by enjoying the night air on our balcony at night.

Notes: The Village of Loon Mountain has the largest swim and health and fitness center in the region. As my guest you and your party up to 12 have full access to the club. The club is a several minute walk or 2 minute drive from our home with free parking at the club.

Watch out, a little snow might fall on your head. Please remember not to stare at the beautiful views while cooking as you might burn your steaks! The Village of Loon Mountain is directly across from the Loon ski mountain. No need to drive or walk to Loon Mountain. A large heated ski shuttle bus will pick you up at our front door and drive the short distance across the street to Loon Mountain and of course it will drive you back at your convince. The shuttle runs during the winter every 20 minutes, the bus is set up to accommodate all your ski equipment. Only a few steps away from our home is one of the largest health clubs in the region. Boasting 2 large indoor and 2 large outdoor heated pools, 4 Jacuzzis, 18 people outside hot tub, exercise room, 12 tennis courts, ice skating rink, video room, pool table, kiddies pool, outdoor playground, convenience store, etc., and all for your free use as our guest.

Amenities: 2 Fireplace, 2 Phones with answering machine, 6 Cable TV, 2 VCR, 2 Stereo, 2 CD Player, 2 DVD players, Unlimited Wireless Internet, 2 full kitchen, cooking utensils, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ice Maker, 3 overhead fans, Linens provided, Hot Tub (shared), Pool (shared), No Smoking or Pets please.

Area: Lincoln is a two hour drive from Boston MA on Rt 93. Exit at mile marker 101, exit 32. At the set of lights, take a left. This will bring you thru the town of Lincoln, NH. Our home is just 2.8 miles from RT 93 exit. Just before you turn left to go into the Village of Loon Mountain, the Ski mountain of Loon is directly across the street on your right. So relax, you are there for a wonderful fun filed vacation!!!!!

Ski: There are several ski mountains near us. Loon Mountain is directly across the street from our home. Cannon Mountain is a 15 minute ride from our home

Golf: There are several golf courses in the aera

Other Activities: Hiking in the White Mts.

We stayed here for a week in December, and absolutely loved it. My daughter is already begging us for another "family reunion" next year. Great access to the mountain, lovely decor, comfortable and easy, good value for money. Highly recommend.

Very professionally managed rental by the owners. All arrangements went like clockwork. No delays in refund of security deposit.
Condo is large and very comfortable - with a great view!
We had seven adults and 1 4 week old baby and we all had lots of space.
Highly recommend this unit.

the condo was great! beautiful views, we even had the pleasure of seeing a rainbow while were there, right over the mountain. plenty of space , even with a large group you never feel crowded. as far as things to do, we went horseback riding,bike riding, went to storyland and clarkes, shopping in north conway, did some hiking, rode the gondola to the top of loon,explored the caves at the top of loon, my son took tennis lessons every morning, and of course swimming and going in the jacuzzi. as you can see, there are plenty of things to do in the loon area. thank you cindi and perry!!!
