Welcome to Hatton House, a new Arts & Crafts townhome in the traditional neighborhood of Cheshire Village. Hatton House has all the comforts of home including a front porch made for socializing. The cozy living room invites all with its fireplace, gas logs, and stylishly comfortable Arts & Crafts decor. Relax with friends or family in the inviting outdoor space with gas grill and round wicker table to enjoy your meals together. The large satellite TV with DVD player, stereo IPOD dock, and wireless internet allow you to remain connected. Stroll down to breakfast or lunch at the Morning Glory Cafe and discover the charm of Cheshire's tree-lined streets, gentle streams and winding trails, with its convenient location just 20 minutes from Asheville. Hatton has 3 bedrooms, all located upstairs. Master bedroom with king has a full bath with shower only, another bedroom with Queen, and third room as 2 twins and share a full hall bath. Half bath downstairs and 2 car garage available for renter use. SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED. For the privilege of bringing your dog, there is a $75 nonrefundable fee per pet
