Located on North East shore of Silver Lake, the property is secluded in a park-like setting on it's own point with a wonderfully private bay perfect for fishing, jet skis, water skiing or just relaxing (The beach is approximately 100 yards from the cabin on the private drive). Only 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City and 5 minutes away from the Grand Traverse Mall and Cinemas. SORRY NO PETS, association rules.

Amenities: Completely furnished with all the daily living necessities. All linens are included for the 3 beds and one pullout. Cable TV with VHS and DVD player. We have all of the local summer guides available along with restaurant and bar locations.

There is a boat launch close to the property and we have room for trailer storage. Less then a mile away is party store, hardware store and restaurants. Famous family restaurant, Boone's Long Lake Inn is only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful time. There was room to dock our boat out of the way of the swim area. The sand and water were clean with rocks as you enter from the large beach. Also lots of good fishing opportunities.
Quiet area, this cottage is one of several on a private lane with a short walk down to the beach. The cottage was clean and updated throughout. Nice that the bedding was provided and the mattresses comfortable. Nonsmoking cottage, nice! The windows are large and let a great breeze through. Also several trees to shade.
