The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of light. The cottage has a dock and float to make kayaking, looking at the seals or picnicking on the islands and water sports an easy pleasure. The dock is accessible by boat at quarter tide or above and flats out for part of the tide cycle. For boaters there is a mooring with the cottage. For heat there is an airtight wood stove and Monitor furnace as well. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Kennels are close by.
