This comfortable home in Palmilla Lakes golf-side community is close to shopping, movie theatres, restaurants, medical centre, spring training facilities and new sports complexes. It is located 30 minutes west of Phoenix Sky Harbour Airport, around 2 hours south of Flagstaff and 2 hours north of Tucson. The winter climate is perfect for golf and the summer brings great offers at even the most expensive courses. Hiking, art festivals, concerts, and of course a range of sports make this a great place to holiday - and you can always just relax in the wall to wall Arizona sunshine! You'll feel at home in this modern house with its carpeted bedrooms, cool tile floors, aircon and ceiling fans.

Amenities:: The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes, pots and pans you might need. Appliances include a fridge with ice maker, electric range/oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The living room has a sofa and love seat, with music centre, while the dining area includes a round table and chairs. The den includes a sofa, TV and DVD/VCR. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and built in closet. The guest bathroom includes a tub with shower. There is a separate laundry space with washer and dryer.

The backyard is enclosed by a concrete block wall, has a gas BBQ grill, and desert landscaping. All landscaping is on a timer controlled drip system. The 2 car garage has an electric door with remote opener. Electricity, gas, water, trash, and extended basic cable are provided. HOA regulations do not allow overnight street parking, although there are several marked parking bays available just outside the house. There is a community swimming pool about 200 yards away to which guests will have a key. Bedding and towels are provided.

We had a great Christimas 2008 vacation. This house is very nice location, in a gated community. The home was very clean and maintained very well. The owner and sister in law were very easy to work with. Much nicer than any hotel we stayed at in the area. We would stay here again the next time we visit Arizona.

The home is located in a very nice gated area. For the most part everything was as expected by the online description. It felt like home away from home;clean, neat, sanitary! The property owner was really easy to work with and was always promt in responding to any questions/concerns that I had. Staying at this home definately helped to make the vaction a great one!

We would stay there again if and when we visit AZ again.

Good spot for a couple or 4 in Goodyear. Clean, well equiped, cooks will love it, my wife did! Short walk to the pool, tons of shopping & restaurants within 1 mile, save on gas.

This is a great house in a beautiful gatted community. A wonderful place for a vacation. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you would need. It is a short walk to the community pool. Many things to do in the area. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. My family had a wonderful vacation here.

Very well decorated and maintained property. The owners are exceptional people and rspect guest privacy. We enjoyed staying there during our visit in Goodyear, AZ.
