The unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spectacular Gulf views. The custom cabinetry in the kitchen is accented with fine granite countertops. The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with upgraded appliances. Free High Speed internet in the unit is provided. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living/dining area as well as from the master bedroom. These rooms also open onto an oversized private Gulf-front terrace. The ground level of the condominium has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent whirlpool waterfall feature. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and game room that overlooks the beach below. A charcoal grill is located on the West side of the building. This unit is located on the 3rd floor.
