Once you stay here, you'll want to come back every year. This totally renovated home has all of the conveniences of your own residence plus the enjoyment of Lake Norman. Swim off the dock in 10 ft plus water. Fish off the dock. Relax on the balcony and watch the boats go by. It is truly a Fantastic place. Within 5 miles of I-77 and 150 at exit 36 in Mooresville. This unit contains lake views from two bedrooms and an incredible view from the living room. A fireplace is located in the living room as well. Large rec room with a ping pong table. Boat dock and ramp on premises. Directions: I-77 to exit 36 head West to Williamson Rd, turn left, go to Brawley School Road, turn right, go 3.3 miles to McKendree, turn right, go 1 mile, turn right onto Grasshopper Circle, go 3/10 of a mile, bare right go 2/10 of a mile to Shadow Lane. The home is the second on the left....
