Take Route 1 North to downtown Rockland. Take a right onto Route 73. Travel approx. 2 miles and just after the Mid-Coast School of Technology, turn left onto Ocean Avenue. We are the last house on the left; Trinity On The Ocean. Also located only 8/10ths of a mile from downtown Rockland. The oceanfront apartment overlooks Rockland and Owl Head harbors, as well as the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse. The Boat House apartment also offers a private walkway to the beach. We are located only 8 miles from Camden, 30 minutes from Damariscotta,and 12 miles from Port Clyde (for the Ferry to Monhegan Island). The North Haven and Vinal Haven Ferry leaves from Rockland Harbor and can be seen from the deck of the apartment. The Boat House apartment is conveniently located at the end of a dead end road and is very quiet but close enough to downtown Rockland, offering daily excitement and nightlife.
