Minutes from Murells inlet and all the great restaurants, shopping and night life; 2 minute drive to the beach or take the complementary shuttle right from your front door.

This Villa has spectacular views of the Executive Course, Driving Range, lighted fountain pond, and wooded conservation area. Tupelo Bay Golf Villa's are a great get-away for families, golfers, snow birds, and weekend travelers.

On site is an 18 hole, lighted Executive Golf Course, the Grand Strand’s best Driving Range, Par-3 Course, Miniature Golf, Pro-Shop, Tennis, Indoor & Outdoor Pool, State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Business Center, and Ice Cream Parlor! You are also centrally located within an hour of 100 top courses. This Villa is beautifully furnished, central air, washer/dryer, Master with King size bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a pull out couch with a very comfortable air mattress.

About Owner/Manager

My wife and I live in the 'upstate' of South Carolina, but we LOVE the ocean. We always wanted a home away from home so we purchased this beautiful Villa at Tupelo Bay. When you arrive you will find that this Villa has the look and comfort of your own home. Our kids love the beach as much as we do therefore we vacation there as often as we can. We found this time at the beach is free of distractions of day to day life and allows quality time with your family and friends. We hope you'll enjoy all that Tupelo Bay has to offer. Why Owner/Manager chose Garden City Beach

We had visited the Grand Strand / Myrtle Beach area for several years and just loved the beaches there. There was so much to do for the entire family. Some of the best golf, beaches, dining, and entertainment in the country in one spot! We decided to buy in Tupelo Bay because of the quality of the Villa's and the Amenities One mile from the beach, close to the my favorite golf courses in Pawleys island, Great restaurants in Murrells inlet yet tucked away in a quiet peaceful setting. Couldn't ask for anything more!

What makes this villa unique

The Executive Course and Par-3 Course are great family places to play golf. The Club House with indoor & outdoor pool, work out facility, sitting areas, community grilling area, volleyball court, tennis courts, and miniature golf provide unlimited activities for all ages.

Best Winter Ever

My husband and I spent the best winter of our lives in this condo. Tupelo Bay is an awesome community, and the owners, Barb and Rick, are also totally wonderful to deal with. We're looking forward to spending another winter and many more to come in this wonderful condo - totally move in ready! The golf course is fantastic, the location is excellent; we cannot say one thing negative about our whole experience (except of course the 3.5" of snow, but that's another story)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
