Steps from the shoreline on Alii Dr. 4 miles south of town by Kahaluu Beach. Sunset and ocean views. 1500 square foot covered outdoor living and dining with Hawaiian Koa bar, lounge chairs, area for sun bathing. House sits on a old lava flow with grassy front yard and tropical plants and palm trees overlooking the ocean. High ceilings, open the Japanese souji doors to receive the sea breeze off the ocean through the house.

Although this house is on the mountain side of Alii Drive, there is an unobstructed view of the ocean across the steet from the house. This house is considered oceanfront and is 15 yards from the shore line. Kona Hawaii is the dry tropics. Snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach or surfing the reef. Body boarding at White Sands beach. Both beaches are near the Seabreeze house. Recreational Ourtrigger paddling at Keauhou Canoe Club is available for everybody.
