Casa Linda is located in the Canyon Road arts district of Santa Fe. The historic house has been completely renovated in keeping with the 'contributing' status given to it by the City of Santa Fe. This 1850 sq ft house has 2 master suites and a third bedroom and bath, wet bar, breakfast area, and a living dining kitchen area that flow together to provide a great entertaining space. The master suites and kitchen/dining area open via French doors on to a private courtyard complete with a fireplace and fountain. There are two off-street parking places and the house is located on a quiet private drive. It is only 100 feet to the heart of Canyon Road arts district and 3 blocks from the Plaza (less than 10 minutes walk).
