PRIVATE HOME OVERLOOKING BEAUTIFUL CHALK SOUND, PROVIDENCIALES

This house is awesome! Great price and really clean! I talked to one of the owners first then she directed me to Graham the house manager that took care of everything. He meets you at the airport and directs you to the house and explains about the house and the island. He gives you great tips on beaches to go and places to eat. He even calls to check up to see if you have any questions. This house is great because it's tucked away from all the resorts and tourists. If you want more action it's just a short five minutes away from Grace Bay that has tons of restaurants and souvenir shopping. This house is right across the streets from one of my favorite restaurants Las Brisas at Neptune Villas. I stayed with my husband, daughter, and mother and would recommend this house to anyone. This was our second trip and plan on coming back really soon!

Our daughters surprised us with this vacation, so off we went not having a clue as to what was awaiting. The experience will last a lifetime! I've had my share of vacations, but now realize they were "trips" and this was THE vacation. Grace Bay beach was on the list, but didn't compare to the Sapodilla bay beach down the street from Connee's Villa. The absolute privacy and tranquility only a private villa can offer with all the amenities needed. We loved the personal touch of the diaries written by others, offering their great experiences, but especially enjoyed the "manual" written by the owners. The kayaks, Las Brises, Chalk Sound, the hospitality of the people, all the great places to go,the WILD PINK FLAMINGOS, the personal book collection, the warm and inviting handmade quilts, and the disappearing wall that leads to the deck that showcases the sunrise and sunset, are among our favorite things. The Villa is a treasure, and the island has a flavor all its own. You will not experience this feeling in a hotel, only the "Provo" can take you there. Thank you, Connee, and our daughters.

We stayed at this lovely home the first week in August with thoughts that it would be rather hot. Not so! The trade winds provide a constant breeze in the home due to it's elevated location. We were met at the airport by Graham, who was very patient (plane was overdue), and he met us at the Hertz rent-a-car, then led us to Hilltop Villa. After a brief, but thorough shake down of the home, we began our vacation in earnest. Connee, Donna, Cindy and Natalie really provide literature and explanations of a number of things to do and places to see, but honestly, we were very content to take advantage of the immediate area in the Chalk Sound region.

Sapodilla Beach is a very short walk, beach chairs and floating mats are provided, and if we got antsy, we just carried the two ocean kayaks across the road to Chalk Sound and ventured to the "monster islands" in the Chalk Sound National Park. The view from the decks is wonderful, and the location of the home is a very short distance from the main tourist area on the island which is Grace Bay, the bight, and turtle cove. Frankly, we were very content to use the beach each day at Sapodilla.

Las Brisas (the breeze) restaurant is literally across the road and if you want a break from the beach, you can have lunch by their pool and have a cocktail at their quaint outdoor bar. There's a plentiful supply of books to read, and the local IGA grocery store is about 10 minutes away so that you can buy goods for eating in. Frankly, we ate lunch on the beach almost daily.

We traveled with our two sons, one in graduate school and the other a rising college senior and they ran each morning along Chalk Sound Rd. The scenery along the road with Chalk Sound to the North and Sapodilla bay to the South is stunning. We really didn't want to leave. Thank you so much Connee. We hope that we can return.
