Brand new home in private gated community at the heart of Isle of Palms of Palms Pavilion. The home is in a small community of just six homes with a swimming pool, picnic area, and secluded fenced-in landscape. Just steps to the beach (75 yards), and all the wonderful business activities 'downtown' IOP has to offer. The home features oak floors in the common areas, carpeted bedrooms, tile bathrooms, and granite counter-tops in the kitchen. The whole family can gather and enjoy the open floor plan downstairs. Each bedroom has direct bathroom access and ample closet space. Can sleep up to 18 with sleeper sofas. Approximately 2,800 square feet.

Spectacular!!!

I read the previous review and was skeptical about staying; however, we had a WONDERFUL time. We did not have any problems. Everything was perfect. The house was roomy and well stocked. The location was ideal for the beach. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everything was so convenient. I would DEFINITELY recommend this rental and plan on staying there again next year. Thanks for a terrific time!!

Awesome Beach House

My family and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house was new, very clean, and nice. It accommodated my big family nicely. 15 of us fit comfortably. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and quaint shops as well as very close to the beach. I look forward to visiting Isle of Palms and staying at this house again. Thank you!

This house exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located. Close to the beach and great restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

Isle of Palms 6/27/09- 7/4/09

The description states it is a private pool and it is a shared pool, very misleading. The grill was filthy and falling apart we had to wait 24 hours for a replacement. The kitchen was poorly stocked with needed items.The dining room table was falling apart we had to tighten the bolts, and it would have ben nice to have a few spare towels. The location was good but for the price we paid I was a bit disappointed. I would not recommend nor rent this property again
