The Hale Kumula’au 'Tree House' is a fully air conditioned vacation home located on our privately owned oceanfront properties on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers ocean & tranquil garden views. Hale Kumula’au is a second floor duplex 2 bedroom, 1 bath home just 80 feet from the ocean. It is situated in the middle of our group of privately owned homes and overlooks an interior courtyard and the blue Pacific Ocean beyond. The Hale Kumula’au features a complete, modern and open kitchen with full size sealed top stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. All the kitchen appliances are stainless steel. The kitchen opens to the living & dining area where there is seating for four. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and open to a large covered lanai that overlooks the ocean.
NO HIDDEN FEES!!!: Washer & dryer are coin operated and shared with other rentals. Why spend money at a hotel where they charge you for every little item you use? Here at Hale Koolau: Forget minibar charges; we have full kitchens in each unit for your convenient use. Parking fees? Not from us. Each guest receives a complimentary parking stall for their automobile. Telephone bill? Nope. Each unit comes with a dedicated phone number and phone for your use to call island-wide on Oahu. Resort fees? No way! You are at your home away from home! We also offer high-speed broadband wireless internet access complimentary for all guests to use!
