Nice, very light house with pine accents in all rooms. You'll enjoy the living area with kitchen and dining room combination. Kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the master has a charming lodge pole bed and private deck. There is a deck off the living area with barbeque in summer. Easy access with flat parking. You are walking distance to Tahoe Donner's Trout Creek Rec Center with 3 pools, fitness center, sauna's and hot tubs! Tahoe Donner offers winter activities including kid's sledding area, downhill and cross-country ski centers. Come for the summer and enjoy Tennis, Golf, Horseback riding, Hiking and Mountain Biking, kid's summer recreation programs plus private beach and boat dock at Donner Lake. (Rental boats available).
