The completely furnished luxury dream villa “Florida-Breeze” surrounded by tropical landscapes in best southward direction offers direct acces to the Gulf of Mexico. Especially children are warmly welcome here. The solar-heated pool can be enclosed by a see-through security-fence of 1.60 cm height. Furthermore the whole pool outside area is protected against insects by a screen. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms “Florida-Breeze” comfortably fits 6 people. For a 7th person there is an additional sleeping-facility in the lockable office or in the TV room. Free time activities of the area are versatile. In no time you can reach the beach and the marina or on eof many golf courts, the dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Island or the Sunplash Waterpark – a great joy for the entire family!

Additional information about rental rates

  • The prices refer to an occupancy of up to 4 people, in case of a occupancy of up to 6 people there is a rise of 60 € per additional person per week. We are likely to make special offers for sabbatical leaves and last-minute bookings. The final cleaning is charged with 140 US $ to be paid at the location. Cleaninig of the barbeque on request after use. The prices are risen by the set Florida tax of 11 %.
  • Children under 2 years are free. The caution money of 500 € is to be offset with the additional payment. The down payment of 30 % of the lease price is to be paid at conclusion of the contract, the outstanding payment is to be paid until 30 days before arrival.
  • The house briefing and support effect by our German and English speaking property management. The lease price includes all electricity and water costs, gas consumption, telephone and fax use in the regional area, pool service and garden manicure, solar-pool-heating, bedlinen and towels.

From an own landing stage one can reach the Gulf of Mexico in approximately 30 minutes floating along beautiful houses and properties. There are also seating facilities at the landing stage on a 10 m² (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft) plateau. The garden is planted with different palm trees, trees and bushes that are illuminated at night. The property is not visible by the neighbours from the side.

Premises: 1 large, open living room, open dining room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 TV room, as well as 1 office and a cloakroom.

Accoutrements: Additionally to the living area of 220 m² (1 sq m aprox. = 10 sq ft) , there is an outside area of a roofed-over terrace, gas barbeque, as well as comfortable divan beds and teak furniture. Teh heated pool and the entire outside area are protected against insects by a screen. Especially families with children can enjoy a carefree holiday, because the swimming pool can be protected by a security fence on demand, for children being able to play by the pool without surveillance. Even a camp bed, as well as two child car seats are at your disposal. Just the same you can discover the lovely neihgbourhood on one of 2 regular and 2 children bicycles. Several coolers of different sizes, beach chairs and sunscreens are also at your command.

Golf: 5 golf courts just in Cape Coral and over 40 different golf courts of all severities in the close surrounding make Cape Coral a paradise for golfers.

My family and I were in Florida-Breeze and it was just more than perfect. The house was really nice, and the owners were more than friendly to help us out getting settle. I highly recommend this house as my family keeps great souvenirs of our stay there.

Villa mit Garantie für einen fantastischen Urlaub

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem wunderschönen, sehr gepflegten und sauberen Haus. Die Bilder im Internet entsprachen absolut der Realität. Wir würden dieses Haus plus Boot jederzeit wieder buchen und können es auch guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist es, das Boot mit zu mieten, um an Strände am Golf von Mexico zu gelangen, die mit dem Auto nicht zu erreichen sind. Es war einfach herrlich.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub! Die Kinder haben den ganzen Tag im Pool
verbracht. Eine große Erleichterung war der Sicherheitszaun für den
Swimmingpool. Unser jüngster Sohn (3 Jahre) konnte dadurch auch mal alleine auf
dem Pooldeck spielen. Die Hausverwaltung hat mit uns eine geführte Bootstour
nach Sanibel Island gemacht. Einfach super! Wir haben sogar Delphine gesehen!
Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
