Here it is! Brand new in the Lakota Subdivision, across from the entrance to Winter Park Resort, sits this four bedroom luxury townhouse. Big enough to sleep ten in the bedrooms and to seat ten at the dining room table. Enjoy a picture post card view of the ski area while dining or just relaxing on the leather sofa. A 42 inch flat screen TV with surround sound is also available for your enjoyment. In floor heat will ensure your feet and the rest of you, are toasty! After you park your car in the heated one car garage, proceed upstairs to the spacious living/dining area. You will find everything you will need in the kitchen as well as a convenient half bath in the hallway. Also on this second floor are two master bedrooms, each with king sized beds and full baths. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided on this main level as well. Two more bedrooms and a full bath are found on the top level of the townhouse. One bedroom has bunk bed style bedding (twin over a full).
