You could be watching the dolphins and taking spectacular pictures from one of our two private balconies or just sit on one of the balconies in our corner of paradise overlooking the sugar white St. Pete beach as the sun sets. This condo, offers a direct Gulf beachfront, fifth (top) floor condo in Vistas on The Gulf was completed in April 2003. Our condo faces the Gulf of Mexico with no other structures separating you from the view of the surf. The living room balcony directly faces the Gulf, then wraps around with a panoramic view to the North along this beautiful beach. This condo is beachfront, not just a condo in a beachfront building or a condo that has been converted from a hotel room. You don't have to cross Gulf Blvd. to get to a public access for the beach. This condo rents for a minimum of one week. The availability calendar and condo profile refers strictly to our condo, Condo 503 and does not reflect on availability in the building.

St. Pete Beach offers vacationers a wide variety of water sports such as snorkeling, boating, wind surfing, sailing, parasailing, jet sking, surfing etc. Volleyball, restaurants, diverse entertainment, sightseeing , deep sea fishing, shoping as well as trolley car transportation up and down adjoinging beaches can all be found in the area. Along this stretch of beach you can choose a quiet place to sunbathe and/or read, enjoy shelling or sea bird watching. Hiking, golf, a fitness center, minature golf, amusement parks and museums are all within a short driving distance. There are two major cities nearby (Tampa and St. Petersburg) that between them boast both a Major League Baseball and NFL footbal team. Ft. Desoto State Park is nearby and has been rated as one of the best beaches in the United States. It has wonderful nature trails and paths for cycling and roller blading. Disney Wold and Unversal Studaies is a 90 minute drive. It is a 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens.

  • The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom (sitting room) is furnished with a trundle bed that converts into two twin beds, cable television and the second bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The guest bedroom , which has french doors, opens onto the second private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters. The closet for the guest room is in the hallway. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room and an available room divider that can be used for privacy when using the sofa as a bed.

Notes: A reserved parking space is reserved under the building, next to the elevator. We believe this condo is most comfortable with either two adults plus 2-3 children or four adults. An exercise room is available on site . We recently replaced the two living room side chairs with swivel chairs for the comfort of our guests along with adding a small dining table on the larger balcony. We have replaced the queen size mattress and box springs, the bedroom carpeting and have personally added many amenities that will make this feel more like a vacation home, than just a rental condo.

The condominium is tastefully furnished and equipp: Our condo is centrally located on St. Pete Beach within walking distance of a shopping center, grocery store and many excellent restaurants. You could stay here and not rent a car unless you want to sightsee. The condominium is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including granite counter tops in the kitchen and two bathrooms. You will find many personal touches throughout the condo because we use it as our vacation home. Each balcony is furnished with two chairs, and a side table. The living room balcony has a lounge chair and the balcony is large enough to move the furniture from the second balcony if you need additional seating on the balcony. A washer and dryer is in the condo which means you do not have to pack as many clothes or go down the hall to do your laundry nor pay to do laundry. It can be done while you are at the beach:-) There is an ironing board and iron are in a separate closet in the hallway

The condominium building has an exercise room and: Additional items have been added to the condo including an additional cordless telephone that may be used on the balcony and free high speed broadband service just for our guests. There is a parking space beneath the building adjacent to the elevator for the convenience of our guests and an on-site office to pick up your key and address any questions you might have. I would like to thank the owners for giving us the chance to stay in this corner of paradise. We loved the place: it is very calm, very clean and what a way to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Thanks again and I hope to be able to come back next year! Don't be scared to rent this place, you won't regret it I can tell you!

After having spent a week riding Harleys down to The Keys and back, the thought of spending time in a condo on the beach was most welcoming, and this is what this place is. It is everything the write up says, and more. It was so relaxing not having to worry about maids coming in and just being 'at home'. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this condo to everyone, hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we have.

This condo was absolutly wonderful. The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean and well kept. The owner added lots of extras so it felt like home. I would definately rent this unit again. Thank you to the owners that so graciously opened their home away from home to us for a week.
