You could be watching the dolphins and taking spectacular pictures from one of our two private balconies or just sit on one of the balconies in our corner of paradise overlooking the sugar white St. Pete beach as the sun sets. This condo, offers a direct Gulf beachfront, fifth (top) floor condo in Vistas on The Gulf was completed in April 2003. Our condo faces the Gulf of Mexico with no other structures separating you from the view of the surf. The living room balcony directly faces the Gulf, then wraps around with a panoramic view to the North along this beautiful beach. This condo is beachfront, not just a condo in a beachfront building or a condo that has was converted from a hotel room. You don't have to cross Gulf Blvd. to get to a public access for the beach. This condo rents for a minimum of one week, Sat. to Sat. only.

St. Pete Beach offers vacationers a wide variety of water sports such as snorkeling, wind surfing, sailing, parasailing, jetsking, wakeboarding etc. Volleyball, restaurants, diverse entertainment, sightseeing , deep sea fishing, shopping as well as trolley car transportation up and down adjoinging beaches can all be found in the area.

Along this stretch of beach you can choose a quiet place to sunbathe and/or read, enjoy shelling or sea bird watching.

Hiking, golf, a fitness center, minature golf, amusement parks and museums are all within a short driving distance.

There are two major cities nearby (Tampa and St. Petersburg) that between them boast both a Major League Baseball and NFL footbal team.

Ft. Desoto State Park is nearby and has been rated as one of the best beaches in the United States. It has wonderful nature trails and paths for cycling and roller blading.

Disney Wold and Unversal Studaies is a 90 minute drive. It is a 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens.

  • Rentals are available Saturday to Saturday. only. A one week minimum stay. is required.

    The maximum number of guests per stay is 4 persons.

    Children must be accompanied by one adult at least 25 years old. Families are welcome.

    There are no hidden costs with these prices. The rate includes parking and departure cleaning.

    The rental deposit and balance may be paid for by credit card or personal bank check. Cashiers checks are not accepted.

  • The rate for my condo may be slightly higher than other units in our building because this condominium is directly beachfront, not a unit on the side with a view of the beach. Also this condo is on the top floor northeast corner so there isn't any condo above it therefore making it much quieter and more private. This condo has many updates and additions that other condos in the building have not done.
    There are no hidden costs. The rate includes a reserved parking space under the building next to the elevator and free Wi-Fi.
    Until confirmed, rates are subject to chance without notice.

  • The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom (sitting room) is furnished with a trundle bed that converts into two twin beds and the room has cable television. The second bathroom is adjacent to the guest room. The guest bedroom , which has french doors, opens onto the second private balcony with a view along the North shoreline and across to the inter-coastal waters. The closet for the guest room is in the hallway although there is a small hanging rack in the guest bedroom and a dresser. There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room and an available room divider that can be used for privacy when using the sofa as a bed.

Notes: A reserved parking space is reserved under the building, next to the elevator. I believe this condo is most comfortable with either two adults plus 2 children or four adults. An exercise room is available on site . I recently replaced the two living room side chairs with swivel chairs for the comfort of our guests along with adding a small dining table on the larger balcony. I have replaced the queen size mattress and box springs, the bedroom carpeting and have personally added many amenities that will make this feel more like a vacation home, than just a rental condo.

The condominium is tastefully furnished and equipp: Our condo is centrally located on St. Pete Beach within walking distance of a shopping center, grocery store and many excellent restaurants. You could stay here and not rent a car unless you want to sightsee.

The condominium is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home, including granite counter tops in the kitchen and two bathrooms. You will find many personal touches throughout the condo because we use it as our vacation home.

Each balcony is furnished with two chairs, and a side table. The living room balcony has a lounge chair and the balcony is large enough to move the furniture from the second balcony if you need additional seating on the balcony.

A washer and dryer is in the condo which means you do not have to pack as many clothes or go down the hall to do your laundry nor pay to do laundry. It can be done while you are at the beach:-) There is an ironing board and iron are in a separate closet in the hallway

The condominium building has an exercise room and: Additional items have been added to the condo including an additional cordless telephone that may be used on the balcony and free high speed broadband service just for our guests. There is a parking space beneath the building adjacent to the elevator for the convenience of our guests and an on-site office to pick up your key and address any questions you might have.

Fantastic place to stay on the beach!

My family rented this condo this year (October 15-22, 2011) for our annual trip to St. Pete Beach. We have been going to the same area for the last 5 years but wanted to try a condo this year after a bad vacation in a local resort motel last year. Finding this condo was the best find ever! The condo had everything listed in the ad and more and well exceeded our expectations. We plan to stay here in the future and will recommend it to everyone we know. The condo was great inside and it appears the owner has made many additions that have made it feel like your home away from home. The staff on site are also exceptional and we loved every minute of our stay. Can't wait to return!

Fantastic Choice

My wife and I chose this condo for our stay when we attended a wedding at the Don Cesar. We could not have been more pleased by our choice.
The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and pelicans each morning as we ate breakfast on the balcony. The sunsets from here were awesome as well. Just fire up the blender and enjoy.
My wife's sister and her daughter shared the second room for two nights. It is a small room,but they had no complaints at all. The balcony on this room even has a nice view of the beach and water.
Having a small washer and dryer in a closet was very useful since we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. This also came in handy when we first arrived since a bottle of hair mousse leaked on most of my shirts and I was able to wash them right away.
The beach is beautiful and wide with a big dune between it and the building. The dune actually adds a bit of privacy for the pool area.
There are several places for food and cocktails nearby. We had a fantastic pizza at Gigi's one night and enjoyed football at The Undertow and Sandbar Bill's(the burgers are great here too).
Walgreen's is only a very short walk away.
The trolley is very convienient and cheap. You can get anywhere up the coast.

We will definitely try to stay here when we come to visit again.

The condo was beautiful. All the conveniences of home with maginificant surroundings, and an awesome view from the main patio. From the moment we arrived we were very comfortable and had everything at our fingertips, even beach toys for the kids. When the time came to leave we checked to see if the unit was vacant for a few extra days, we didn't want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We look forward to future visits to this condo.

WONDERFUL!!

We had the BEST time!!! The condo was extremely clean and well kept! Sitting out on the balcony every morning drinking coffee in shorts and a tank top is the only way to be!! St. Pete Beach is just Beautiful! It was every thing we were needing and more. We enjoyed taking the ferry ride to Egmont Keys, having lunch at Sea Critters in Pass-A-Grille and small out of the way place on the blvd called Wahoo were just a few places we had great food. For night life Jimmy B's is perfect! Also Caddy's. Watching the dolphins playing is great! Before we even got home my husband asked about next year LOL. So YES we will be back and recommend staying here! Next time we hope to beable to stay longer then 1 week. To much to see and do. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

FABULOUS place

I would like to thank the owners for giving us the chance to stay in this corner of paradise. We loved the place: it is very calm, very clean and what a way to relax and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Thanks again and I hope to be able to come back next year! Don't be scared to rent this place, you won't regret it I can tell you!
