Excellent villa.Everything we needed was at hand.
Brilliant location only 5 minutes from nearest supermarket and restaurants.Stunning views onto the lake and just so peaceful.
I stumbled across the villa on the net and it is without doubt the best we have stayed in and is so handy for Disney parks.
Great communications with the owner and without doubt i would recommend this villa to anyone .

The villa is lovely and lived up to our expectations; it had everything we needed. We particularly liked the location of the villa as it was very peaceful, and very handy for the theme parks; we also loved the fact it overlooked a lake. Would definitely recommend.

We just got back from Florida yesterday. We had spent a significant amount of time researching properties to rent in Florida. Our family of six chose to stay at Swaimhneas for nine nights. This was our first time renting a privately owned property, so we were a bit nervous, but everything was better than we could have hoped. Your home is spacious and beautiful. Our four children were excited to have their own bedrooms. The proximity to groceries, restaurants and theme parks was very good. The lakeside setting (which was one of the reasons we chose Swaimhneas) was beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. We would love to stay again and will definitely be recommending your home to our family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing and memorable!

Suaimhneas - GREAT place to Stay

We just returned from a 13 night stay at the Suaimhneas. This home is located in a very secure quiet gated community. This was a great home away from home. The pool was clean and warm. The hot-tub was great. The home was clean and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the game room in the evenings. Communication with the owner was great we even emailed back and forth during our stay. This home is very close to Disney and all the the "action". It was nice to not have to drive very far. We would recommend this property to other families visiting the area. When we return we plan to stay there again.
