It's also one block from the IRB city hall, library and city park where you'll find lighted tennis courts, basketball court, skateboard park, and playground equipment. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet residential beach community located about 3 miles south of Clearwater Beach. The city is less than three miles along the Gulf of Mexico and waterfront property faces either the Gulf or the Intracoastal Waterway. It is a quiet town whose 2.7 miles of beachfront is very popular with all ages. Indian Rocks beach is known as “The World's Safest Beach” due to the numerous sand bars along its beautiful seashore. It is also known for it's many great restaurants.
Golf: Stay in the lap of luxury and enjoy your own brand new putting green and driving cage in your backyard. Improve your golf game while enjoyiing the beautiful lush landscaping that surrounds you in our tropical paradise.
Guest Book: My brothers and I just finished a week in Tampa and resided in this wonderful home. It was a very roomy, classy place and we all had a great and comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the quality of furnishings is incredible.
