When you walk in you will feel as if you are right on top the water. Great room has expansive glass doors overlooking the water, queen sleeper, high definition 32-in TV, DVD, stereo, and surround sound. Formal entrance foyer has adjacent third bathroom. Screened terrace overlooking the water is over 200 square feet. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hidden full size washer and dryer. There are two master bedrooms with their own private baths, 32-in TVs and fine linens. One bathroom has a jetted spa tub and bidet the other has a marlin etched shower screen. We want you to feel at home. Everything is already here. Just bring yourself... from fine linens to fishing poles, 'we have it all'.
Boat Dock, Pool, Hot Tub, Exercise Room, and more :
You will have your own private deep water boat dock, with water and electricity, it is included in rental. It is less then 100 feet from the condo. We also provide bikes, tennis equipment, beach chairs, coolers, even fishing poles if you forgot yours. There is a fish cleaning station, and gas grill by the clubhouse for your 'big catch'. This privately gated complex has: Hot Tub, Pool, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Clubhouse, Covered Parking, Tiki Hut, Gas Grill (BBQ). The harbor is like an aquarium, there are hundreds of different fish, manatees, stingrays, and we have even seen dolphins. You can fish or swim right off the docks.
