Townhouse in downtown New Buffalo.

The Dunescape townhouse. A new unit in the popular downtown complex which will sleep 8, access to a pool and great rooftop views of the lake and all of downtown New Buffalo.

This one should not be missed. This townhouse is straight from the developer and everything in the townhouse is new. Owners have made it a Smarthome with all new stainless steel appliances and chefs stove. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, three floors, 4 decks (one screened-in) and amazing views of lake Michigan and the downtown area from the rooftop deck. Nothing like sitting on your own private rooftop patio, watching the sun set over the lake.

The upstairs has a master bedroom (king) with private bath, and a guest bedroom with king bed and common full bath. The main floor has one large room which has the kitchen, half bath, dining, living and double sliding doors which open to the screened-in porch and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. The downstairs has another guest bedroom with queen bed.

The association pool is one of a kind in the area. A lazy river, hot tub to sit 20, and pool with in pool seating all around to soak up the sun and drinks as you cool off.

A great property to spend your vacation and have access to everything in the area within a block of your reach. And fantastic lake views too.
