Awake to the beautiful emerald water while lying in bed in this 1600 sq. ft. condominium. Breathtaking views of the beach, the Gulf shoreline and the bay from every room! Spectacular sunsets. Few properties offer views like this. All new flooring, tile & carpet, gorgeous new master bath, remodeled kitchen, original art, upgraded furniture. 42 in. Flat screen HD TV with DVR. Not your ordinary rental!

Beautifully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and updated appliances. It can be rented as a one, two or three bedroom unit. There are three baths, two master. bedrooms in the three bedroom unit, (one with its own mini kitchen & balcony making it perfect for 2 families), living room, dining room, kitchen & breakfast area, washer and dryer, two large balconies, unique floor plan with gulf views from every room.

All rooms, except the second master, open onto a 28 foot balcony. The second master has its own private 14 foot balcony. 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and doors in every room. Quality balcony furniture, tables and chairs for out-door dining and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. Balcony enclosures have clear glass for unobstructed viewing.

Large, luxurious master suite with king bed, second master with two queen beds, third bedroom with king bed. Great for two families traveling together. Second

master locks off as a studio apartment with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven dishes and glasses.

We give 1 free beach service with 2 chairs & umbrella plus lots of extra chairs & umbrellas in our closet.

We had a fabulous stay at this property! The owners were so nice to work with and made everything extremely easy for us. The views are breathtaking and the unit has many updates and upgrades, including beautiful, original artwork. I highly recommend this property; we hope to return in the very near future!

My family and I have always stayed at Surf Side. We have been going to San Destin, FL for 7 yrs, this is the first time we had to get a bigger room. We loved staying in this condo, it has a great view (day and night), its very roomy, and close to everything. We will be back. Thank you!

Great Vacation

We stayed for a week in this 3 bedroom condo. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we required for a great vacation. We ate in several times during the week and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. With the washer and dryer in the room we did not need to pack as many clothes for the trip. There were 8 in our party and with the two balconies we had plenty of space. The condo was very nicely furnished and we had no trouble with anything. The beach chairs and umbrella setup included was very nice and there were even extra chairs and umbrellas in the hall closet. The week we traveled there was a major storm that blew through. The owners contacted me personally to inform me of other things to do and see in the area. This type of personal service is above and beyond what we have received from others in the past and was greatly appreciated. Luckily the storm only lasted the first couple of days and we were able to enjoy the beach the remaining time. I would definitely
