Peachtree Place phase II is located on the desirable laid back 'family' western section of Panama City Beach on the north side of Front Beach Road about one mile west of Highway 79. Private well kept grounds surround a gorgeous in ground pool, complete with a barbecue pit, palm trees and shade umbrellas. Very intimate! Did I mention the beach? Wow! Gorgeous! It's just two minutes away with wide white sand as far as the eye can see .... it doesn't get any better than this!

  • Reservations and rental rates are confirmed upon the appropriate payment received. Sorry, we are unable to hold your reservation unless it is paid for so please be prompt submitting the required payment. Thank you!
    Minimum rental period in Spring and Summer is one week and runs Saturday to Saturday. Other rental periods are minimum 3 nights.
    Check in 3:00 pm (CT) and check out 10:00 am (CT)
    The security deposit is $200.00 and is fully refundable to you after checkout, key return and a satisfactory damage/loss report.
    A one time end of stay cleaning fee of $75 and Florida state taxes of 12.5% are additional.
    Payment is by bank draft in U.S. funds or by Paypal (free and you may use your charge card).

Unit D303 is an attractive two bedroom, two bath condominium on the third and top most floor overlooking the pool. Great location! Access is available by elevator or stairs and there is plenty of non assigned parking. There is a wide sheltered patio with a rocker and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the warm breezes just outside the front door. Relax and enjoy! It feels like home! You've come to the right place! Inside, the unit is tastefully decorated in attractive beach décor, cool whites and soft pastels and offers all of the expected amenities for your pleasant stay in paradise! The unit includes central air conditioning, telephone (with recorded answering capability), cable TVs, VCRs, CD player and stereo, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, all kitchenware, washer/dryer, linens and towels. We even have beach chairs for your use!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV/VCR and an attached large private bathroom while the second bedroom has a queen bed and another TV/VCR. There is also a pullout bed sofa (sleeps 2) available in the main room. All linens, towels and full kitchenware are included.

Yes! Everything is here for you to enjoy your stay in a pleasant tropical environment, so kick off your sandals, pour a cool one and put your mind in neutral!

We just got home from our fabulous Panama city beach vacation. We had an awesome time!!! This property was EVERYTHING that it is advertised to be! It was so quiet and so nice and clean. It had all the comforts of home!! It was an easy short stroll to the beach. It was convient to all the attractions we were looking for. This place truely felt like we were close to it all but at a very private oasis. We really enjoyed being able to prepare all our own meals so as to keep the cost down. The pool was great. We had no problem getting our information package. This is such a smooth way to rent a condo. I would recommend this property and these landlords to anyone!!! My 7 year old granddaughter said as we left..I sure am going to miss our home here! She also stated that she hoped everyone else that used our home would take as much care of it as we did so we could come back again next year!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Thank you for sharing your home with us the 1st week of June, 2008. I must say, it is very beautiful and homey. Thank you for the welcome gift, very nice. The beds were so comfortable that we actually checked out the name brand in case we need new mattresses in the future. The complex was fun, not too big. There was no hot tub but the pool was nice and warm, just perfect. The beach was easily accessible and just wonderful. The most fun thing, was the Atari. The grown men in our group had a blast with that. You would have thought they had never played video games before (and they have PC games and PS II). What a nice and amusing touch. It certainly prevented boredom during the rare thunderstorm. Hope to stay again in the future. Thanks again.

Dear Glenn & Donna:
We spent February and March in your wonderful condo and enjoyed every minute of it. It is clean and bright inside with nice comfy beds. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We also enjoyed the privacy and got to know lots of the other tenants. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. Hope to be able to return soon.

Thanks so much for renting us your condo. We had a great vacation. The condo was just like the pictures. It was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo had plenty of space. It was a home away from home. It was quite. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was a great family place. I couldn't believe how the area had changed with all those large high rise condos with the hugh parking decks where I'm sure it would be easy to loose your car. I personally like staying at a smaller complex where I can easily get to my car/luggage etc. I have stayed at Peachtree Place before and will stay there again if there is availability.
