This one bedroom one bath has beautiful view of the sunsets from the glass sliding door in your living room. It has a queen bed in the bedroom with a dresser, desk, chest of drawers, television, recliner and a cedar closet. The dining area has a table 4 chairs. The living room has a couch, love seat with built in recliners, and entertainment center with television, VCR and stereo. There is tile in living room, kitchen, dining area, and kitchen with carpeting in bedroom. The windows are all double glass for comfort and there is another cedar closet in hallway for storage. The kitchen has a oven ,dishwasher, pots and pans, microwave,blender, food processor, and full size refrigerator with ice maker.

We have just returned to the UK from a fantastic holiday in Dunedin. The apartment was exactly what we wanted - it was clean, well-equipped, and an excellent location for the beach (Honeymoon Beach & Caledisi Island) and some great restaurants (Bellini, Bon Appetit). We spent some lovely evenings sitting outside by the water watching some spectacular sunsets. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this property with no hesitation. A great find, and a wonderful holiday.

Claude was a wounderful host and very helpful and professional. Had a great time. Apartment was clean and quiet.Would highly reccommend. Close to Honeymoon Island which is a beautiful clean beach.Patty
