Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

April through October; begin your stay at 2:00 PM EST Saturday and end on the following Saturday at 10:00 AM EST. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee must be received within 5 days of the reservation. For your convenience we accept personal checks or money orders. The balance of the rental fee is due when you arrive plus 6% MI sales tax added on the Total rental fee. No Linens. Property must be left as found, with no damage, no missing items or excessive cleaning to be done.
Refunds will be given less a 35% handling fee on the initial 50% down, Only if you give notice 30 days prior to your intended reservation (no exceptions, please)
Third week of June thru the second week of August $995.00/week

One bedroom, features a queen size bed and the other 2 twin beds (No Linens). Leather couch and love seat, dining table, stone fireplace. Bath includes toilet, sink, shower, and a window air conditioner too.
