Gambrel style home in Town Neck Beach, Sandwich. This home has it all including being decorated with a Cape Cod flair you will enjoy. The first floor features a welcoming front porch with picnic table and water view, a large dining area complete with fireplace and TV, a kitchen with all new appliances including Keurig KCup coffeemaker, a full bathroom, first floor washer/dryer, master bedroom with Queen bed and TV and a den/sitting room complete with twin trundles, sofa and TV.

Unique wooden staircase with landing leads you upstairs to 2 full bedrooms, 1/2 bath, spacious 'Cape Cod' living room with original knotty pine walls, Flatscreen HD Cable TV and corner glass fireplace. This 2nd floor living room comes with a Queen sized sleep sofa as well as a loveseat that opens into a twin bed. Sliding glass doors open onto the 2nd floor balcony deck furnished with a wooden bench, wooden chairs and table perfect for after dinner or anytime relaxing. Sit and watch the ships and boats entering and leaving the Cape Cod Canal and enjoy a wonderful water view of Cape Cod Bay including the cliffs of Plymouth and the Cape's coastline . The home is equipped with 4 Cable TV's, high speed internet and whisper quiet central air conditioning making those hot summer days and nights a breeze.

This home has private beach rights and is a short walk to Town Neck/Boardwalk Beach area. The home is minutes away from historic Sandwich Village, The Heritage Musuem and Gardens, many wonderful restaurants including waterfront dining, antiquing, movies, the marina, fishing, hiking and biking trails as well. Beach toys available.

This home is available during the Fall with a 3 night minimum at $250.00 per night.

Excellent house in a great location

I liked everything about this house. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's a short walk to the beach. The house is in excellent condition and is packed with kitchen supplies, toys & games for a rainy day, a BBQ and everything else you'd need for an extended stay. The second floor deck has a nice ocean view and is very peaceful. If you need to venture out, it's a short drive to a number of restaurants, a grocery store and a number of kid friendly activities. Will be back next year.

great beach house and equally great location

This beach house is absolutely lovely and charming. The pictures do not do the house justice. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome note, fruits, fresh flowers and toys for our kids. The house was spotless and had so many charming details. It was well equipped with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies and enough toys, games and books to make kids of all ages happy. Having a view of the ocean was another great perk. The location was perfect. If you're looking for a quiet, family-oriented place, close enough to the beach and town, Sandwich is your place. This was our first time to Cape Cod so I don't know how the other towns are like, but this place was great and very beautiful. Lots to do...kayaking, biking, fishing, or do absolutely nothing!

Rental process couldn't have been easier. Great service. Home was so comfortable and clean. Newly remodelled, it had all new carpetting, appliances, mattresses, Hdtv, Wireless Internet, etc. Central a/C was awesome, the frosting on the cake. Location is near Canal, restaurants, Sandwich Village, 5-10 minute walk to private beach or Boardwalk. Fenced in back yard, BBQ and water view from house was wonderful. What a great spot to relax. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful home on the Cape!

We chose 34 Carmen with the help of Sandollar Realty, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. This is a charming, clean, inviting, well-maintained house that has all of the comforts of home. The owners truly thought of every detail in preparing this home for "guests". The location and the views were wonderful and allowed us to sit each night and watch the boats come in from the deck. The small touches like beach chairs, sandpails, and games were wonderful and we apprecaited them so very much. We had a wonderful family vacation in Cape Cod and we would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Loved the house, very clean and comfortable. The walk was just a bit long to the beach for us. Check in and Check out were very easy and the house was great location wise.
