Located in the town of Sebago. This area is a great spot for enjoying all that the Sebago/Long Lake Region has to offer. Property is located on a gravel camp road, 2 miles off of Route 107. There are trails nearby for walking and great day hikes nearby including Douglas Hill and Pleasant Mountain. The White Mountain National Forest in Maine and NewHampshire is less than 40 minute away for hiking and scenic drives. You are also less than an hour from the coast and Portland.
Area towns include Cornish, a great little New England town with restaurants, shops and antiquing. Naples, located between Sebago and Long Lake offers restaurants, mini golf, arcades, boat and seaplane rides as well as golfing at the Naples Club. Bridgton is a great little town with restaurants, lots of shops, grocery stores and is home to RENY's dept. store,.
For outlet shopping, North Conway is 45 minutes away, Freeport (home of LL Bean) is an hr. 1/2 away and well worth a day trip for sure.
