Private, traditional style cape house in the Sears Point area of Chatham. It has a lovely sun porch, a large living room and a large yard with lots of space for kids to run. There are peeks of water from the lawn, with a huge grassy lawn that leads down to private beach on Oyster River. Located on a private road, it is quiet and secluded. Put all the kids upstairs in the large dorm-like sleeping area! (One a/c unit in upstairs dorm room)
