  • $1,885 - $3,460 plus sales tax depending on the season.
    Cancellations and Refunds
    Lodging Tax: 11% Cancellations and Refunds Sorry, no refunds for early departure. Rentals of 15 days or longer require a 90 day notice of cancellation or date change. Failure to give 90 day notice for these rentals will result in forfeiture of the deposit (25% or more of total rent). If guests elect to cancel a reservation of less than 15 days, there shall be no refund unless such cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to scheduled stay for seasonal rentals and more than 14 days in advance for off season rentals. There will always be a $47 cancellation penalty or 3% of the gross rental amount charged (whichever is greater) for all reservations canceled closer to the rental date than 90, 60, or 14 days respectively. Reimbursement for hurricanes will only be given under mandatory evacuation ordered by county officials. Date changes or Unit changes must be received 30 days prior to the reservation

Deposits Upon making your reservation 25% of the full rental payment shall be due. The balance of rental amount shall be due 14 days prior to arrival. Included in your rental rate quoted on your confirmation letter shall be the cleaning charge, guest fee, linen charge and cart maintenance use fee. These charges may change due to the amount of people in your party or the amount of days you may stay.

The room opens onto the upper sun deck looking directly out at the Gulf of Mexico with sweeping breathtaking views and by night, a star gazing platform. There is a third room or kid's nest with twin beds that opens onto the master bathroom and is ideal for children of all ages.

The cottage is furnished with DirectTV Satellite television, DVD/VCR & movies, Nintendo, Stereo & CD's, books & magazines and games for children. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kid's plus an outdoor shower. Deck furniture & Weber grill. Linens & things are provided. Plenty of closet space on both levels.
