Ocean Edge with Pool Passes at tenant's cost: This is a bright, meticulously maintained and nicely decorated 2 bedroom (sleeps 6), 2 bath condo unit located at the Ocean Edge with washer/dryer, wireless internet and some air conditioning. This home offers a wall a/c unit in only the master bedroom. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.---Weekly Pool Pass cost to TENANT (at time of arrival to Ocean Edge): $40 per adult & $25 per child (under 12); Daily Pool Passes: $10 per adult & $5 per child (under 12)--- First Floor: 1 Queen with private bath; Second Floor with spiral staircase: Bedroom #2 – 2 twins with full bath. ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONY – NO PETS ALLOWED”
