The first floor of the high-rise is open, with temporary parking for loading/unloading. Here there are paper racks and vending machines. Though secluded, the complex is within a mile of Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row with all their shopping, dining, and attractions, plus large numbers of restaurants and attractions (numerous golf courses, miniature golf, Alabama Theater, The House of Blues, Dixie Stampede, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall, Super Wal-Mart, etc.) within 10 minutes driving distance. Our 4th floor condo - now with hi-speed internet - has magnificent oceanfront views of the beach, waves, and ocean. One can hear, see, smell, taste the beach experience from a 25 foot oceanfront balcony which has access from the living room and master bedroom, each of which contains a glass wall looking onto the beach.
Enjoy viewing and hearing the beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout (square footage: 1414 living area, 165 balcony, 20 outside storage), has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bath and utility rooms, plus the dining and living areas. All bedrooms have plush carpeting. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed if needed, allowing comfortable accommodations of 8-10 people. There is a wide screen 46 inch TV and DVD/CD/VCR with 70+ cable channels and remote controls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Corian countertops/sink and upgraded appliances. There is a small TV so you will not miss anything while grabbing that snack or drink. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and utility room with washer, dryer, and additional cabinet storage.
The dining room accommodate 6 comfortably, while there are also bar stools for 2 at the adjoining bar. It has a mirrored wall that suggests spaciousness while reflecting the beach views for added enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. It is furnished with a 27 inch TV and DVD and remote controls. Two bedside stands and a dresser provide ample storage. There is additional seating. While you can see the beauty of the beach, opening the sliding glass doors out onto the balcony will invite in the soothing sounds of the ocean waves, and prepare you for a great night of sleep. There is a walk-in closet for all your belongings. The spacious private master bath features dual vanities, a walk-in 4' by 4' shower, and a 4' by 4' jetted whirlpool tub to get you relaxed before bedtime. A built-in hair dryer is provided.
The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a 21 inch TV/VCR with remote control. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage.
Golf:
A spacious closet opens to provide storage for all your belongings. This room has a private bath with a combination tub and shower.
The third bedroom features two full beds and a 20' TV/DVD with remote control. Two bedside stands and a chest of drawers provide ample storage. A spacious closer opens to provide storage for all your belongings. Just out side this bedroom is a bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
The private balcony extends across the width of the condo. It contains a table with 4 chairs for outside dining as well as 4 additional chairs for the comfort of all. Incredible views are 180 degrees. At the 4th floor level, you can really enjoy the beach as well as watch the activity in the outdoor Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and lazy river just below.
The outside storage area has room for all your beach chairs, toys, wet bathing suits, and sandy shoes.
Usually there are already chairs, boogie boards, etc., there for use of our guests.
