You will love the location of this cottage. We have a huge grassy area on either side of our cottage with the privacy of woods directly behind us and a parking space right out front. We are located between two of the three property pools and very near the tennis courts. Beach Dreams should be on the trolley line for the summer of 2007 so you may never need to use your car, the trolley can take you right down to the beach! Our new cottage is cheerfully decorated in the traditional nautical theme. Everything you need is right here!

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
For the outlet shoppers, Wells is located between Kittery and Freeport where you can find dozens of outlet stores in either location. We are also just 30 mins south of Portland or 30 mins north of Portsmouth NH, two fantastic places to visit. If antiquing is your thing, you will not need to look any further than Route 1 in Wells. There are numerous antique shops right down the street. You will love the quaint village of Ogunquit and the activity in York at Short Sands Beach and the World famous Goldenrod where you can watch them make their own salt water taffy. If you're a beach lover, there are miles of sandy white beaches.

Amenities: The cottage has all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, TV, VCR, DVD combo, A/C, and a stereo system. The association offers three pools with a BBQ patio on-site, an adult hot tub and tennis and Bocce courts. There is an arcade and fitness center in the club house. The trolley will take you right to the beach!

This is a private, safe setting for the kids to ride bikes or just play outside without worry. It is also on the trolley line to take you right to the beach. Activities: You have your choice of beautiful sandy beaches within a mile or two or if you enjoy staying put the property provides two swimming pools and lots of area to bike. Mini golf is right up the street and a movie theater nearby. Area: Just 1/2 hour from the great city of Portland and for you shoppers, Kittery and Freeport are a short 45 minute drive as well. Wells has a terrific variety of antique shops to enjoy.

Not to mention the seafood restaurants, they're out of this world!
