Newly built lake front cottage located on Lake Bellaire, a part of the Antrim Counties lower chain of lakes. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has spacious living and dining areas with panoramic lake views. This home is slightly under 1700 square feet of air conditioned/heated living space. The large second level master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king size bed and private bath. The first guest room on the main level has a queen size bed and a spectacular view of Lake Bellaire, the second bedroom on the main level has a double under a twin bunk bed. The two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom. The open kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, with complete utensils and cookware. A real stone gas fireplace, and a 42' plasma TV await you in the morning and a large covered porch is perfect for taking in views of the lake. A 300-foot cedar dock provides excellent access to the lake for fishing or sunset views.
