Located 150 miles south of Nassau is Long Island, located in the Exuma's chain of the Bahamas on the northern end of the Island sits Cape Santa Maria. ----

Bask in the afterglow of a magnificent sunset on ONE OF TWO of your own VERY private gazebo's overlooking the tranquil "lee" side of the ocean.----

The BAJA MAR SANDS is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home and has all the comforts of home. Bedroom 1 has 2 full size beds and a full bath.-- Guest Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and has a full bath, each have vanity areas.

(The house can be rented as a 3 bedroom at a increased rate) The new master bedroom (800sq ft)which is seperate from the main living area and has it's own entrance. It has an oversize king bed over looking the Sea, a sitting area with Satelite Tv, HD TV, work area with wireless Internet access, printers, scanners and fax

The home is air conditioned- an oversize refrigerator WITH ice maker- full size washer and dryer.. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking pleasure.---- All linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans are furnished. Satellite TV, VCR & DVD connected to a surround sound system and approximately 100 videos & DVD's if you ever get tired of relaxing on the beach.----

A 16 Foot Flats fishing boat is available for rent-$150.00 per day plus a $1000.00 security deposit on the boat --gas is not included-guide services are available.----

Min. rental is 7 days-- Call for less than 14 days or more and rates
