With all the recreational facilities, you may forget that you are at the beach yet you are only approximately 290 yards away! Amenities Include: 2 Community Pools, Kiddie Pool and Community Hot Tub (all available 5/4/13 - 10/8/13), 500 sq. ft. Community sundeck and shaded lounge area, Cen A/C, DW, MW, 2 CATV's w/ cable, VCR, DVD, Internet, Grilling Area (charcoal), Baby Gate, Furnished Deck, Non-Smoking, Pets are NOT Allowed. No washer and dryer in the unit or at the complex. Level 1: Dining, Kitchen, Living Area w/ QSS, BR w/ Q, 1 Full Bath. Level 2: Loft w/ 2 Twins.
