Welcome to South Padre Island! Imagine this… a tropical island 34 miles long, packed with fine restaurants, excellent night clubs, tropical bars and taverns, great off shore and bay fishing and shopping. Gulf View I condominiums are located at 120 Padre Blvd. on the South side of South Padre Island, TX.,next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark just across from the Sheraton Hotel. It is located near the beach, and has beautifully landscaped grounds and spacious car & boat parking areas. The master bedroom has complete furnishings, large closets, cable TV and two queen sized beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The living room features a large TV w/cable, queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The dining area features a dining table with four chairs and a bar with 2 bar stools. Balcony has a table and two chairs for your morning coffee.

Reservation deposit of $125.00(Spring break $200.00)is required at the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a damage deposit at the time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent on length of stay and number of people. Spring Breakers a advance payment of $200.00 is also required 3 weeks before check in, in the form of a cashiers check, money order or credit card. Cancellations made more that 30 days before arrival date will be refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded if unit is subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

Mexico excursions, Laguna Atascosa Wildlife Refuge, Brownsville Zoo, Schlitterbahn waterpark, Port Isabel museum, swimming, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, golf, amusement parks, shopping, movies theatre, snorkeling/diving, horseback riding, sailing, surfing, wind surfing, jet skiing. Gulf View condominiums is next to Schlitterbahn waterpark and next to the Sheraton and Holiday Inn hotels. Schlitterbahn is a fantastic waterpark featuring river rides, surfing rides, kiddy pools, water castle with water toys.

Restaurant and swim-up pool is centrally located at the waterpark. Sheraton and Holiday Inn has always been a popular hangout for all the springbreakers, with its shops and tropical bars. Isla Blanca State Park and Sea Ranch Marina is only a two minute walk, with its famous fishing at the jetties for redfish and trout. You can book fishing trips on private boats or party boats at the Sea Ranch Marina.
