UPPER LEVEL: This is a beautifully appointed home with an impressive rock fireplace on the east side of Pagosa Springs. It has a aspen cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, and many Southwestern touches. Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds and two sets of bunk beds.

There are mountain views from the living room, loft, and large deck.

This home is convenient to the hot springs, ski area, and shopping.

No smoking!! 3 night minimum.
